As mentioned last week, I am back to showcase the miscellaneous digital scrapbooking supplies inspired by Spring. Last week we looked at kits and collections. This week we will look at templates, element packs, and other bits and bobs.
You know the drill if you have been around here for longer than a post. But I will always say...
Everything is linked to their counterparts in the store. I am not set out to have these series filled with designs from the creative teams I am on. However, as they are all awesome, they are bound to pop up from time to time. If you want to know what teams I am on, check the "My Creative Teams" tab at the top of this site. The creative teams I am on I get their products for free. That is in return for making sample layouts for their advertisement purposes. I am not required to post anything about them here at Shawn Bear Scraps. If it makes it here, it is because I super love them! Now on to the fun stuff!!
Spring Inspired Templates
I am a sucker for templates!! I have (probably embarrassingly) thousands. I am not even joking. Of course I have been collecting them for over 10 years! They are such a great building block for layouts. And made by designers that are far better at composition than I am! I did throw a quick page collection in here as well. Talk about easy peasy scrapping! These are great for those moments you need to throw something together quickly.

Spring Inspired Paper Pieces & Cards
A great addition to any layout is a little card, or some fun papers. Even though I have been scrapping for years and years, I have never sat down to learn how to craft cool papers in photoshop. So when I come across things like this, I always snag them. They make any layout pop!

Spring Inspired Word art and Extras
Word art!! I cant think of hardly any layout of mine without some kind of word art on it. A lot of the time, I will use them in place of a title. Because probably one of my least favorite things to do in digital scrapbooking is make a title for my page. (Notice there isn't any alphas on this list!) And paint and spatters....my heart! I love them. I remember back when I first started scrapping, they were not really included in kits/collections. Now, there is usually at least one paint or scatter included in them. I always always always use them on my layouts. They add just the right amount of depth and layering to it. They can pin a focal point down as well. **chef's kiss**!

That's it for today! Are these not just lovely?! Spring is my least favorite season. My son's too. But I have to admit it does make for some beautiful digital scrapbooking designs. All the pretty flowers for clustering!
Make sure to check back next week. I am going to showcase some of my digital scrapbooking layouts that are Springy. From current to way back in the time machine.
Happy Spring & Happy Scrapping!!
La'Shawn is a 39 year old wife and mother. She works full time outside the house as a customer service rep for a small roll steel plant. She has lived in Georgia (in the states) her entire life. You can currently find her just a few hours north of Atlanta. Much closer to Chattanooga, TN though. She has been digital scrapbooking since 2008. She was looking for a way to document her son growing up before her eyes. After looking around a bit, she found digital scrapbooking, and never looked back. She has been on many creative teams (solo & stores) in the past 11 years. Her style leans more towards the traditional, and she never met a kit that she couldn't scrap with. She loves patterns, bright colors, and all the elements all the time! Creating clusters on her layouts is what she loves doing the most. Making sure every piece is where it should be. Let La'Shawn scrap for you! Are you looking for a creative team member? La'Shawn is looking for a few more teams to create for and promote.
