We are in the smack middle of the year here. We are also smack in the middle into some suffocating heat! Living in Georgia, that is pretty much what you get from the end of June through the start of October. Although I am a fall/winter gal myself, I love something from all the beautiful seasons we are blessed with. Summer brings long days and family fun! With this week's new releases in the digital scrapbooking community, I scrapped just that!!
Up first is probably my favorite layout so far this summer and this year. As a momma and Aunt Sh-Shawn-Shawn to some water-loving boys, this collection made me so happy! I just wanted to keep piling colorful papers and wonderful elements on my layout. I will for sure be coming back to this collection! I used:

Tropical Paradise Bundle
Of course, you cannot forget about the 4th!! It was mid-week this year. That has really thrown me for a loop this week. I did manage to get some scrapping all ready for it though. The night of the 3rd my two guys and myself met at my parents' house, went and had an awful supper, followed by some yummy ice cream, and then hours of sitting in the muggy heat for a 10-minute show....worth it!!
