Also at the start of the year I had an idea of some monthly resolutions. How did I do? I actually did pretty dang great. For January's working out 5 days a week, I did it! For Feburary's "Fast Food Free Feburary", I did it! then I kinda ran out of ideas on what to do. haha. But here we are heading to the end of 2019. I have lost a total of almost 40 lbs from my highest weight. 20 of it this year. I've started WW (Weight Watchers) and most of that weight lost has come from the past few months.Losing the extra lbs has also seen my PCOS act better than it has as well as my migraines to almost go away. I've had only about 3 this year. At the height of my weight and illness, I was having at least 3 a month.
This summer we went on a family vacation with my parents and my sister and her family. Parked our tushes at the beach and enjoyed family time!
But here I am again. Back to blogging. I think that with all the new social media platforms, that blogging is one that is becoming less used. Why sit down and write out a blog post when you can post a 30 second clip on another platform? I have missed it though. I really do like blogging. Especially about digital scrapbooking.
So I have dusted off this trusty old blog and I am going to get back to weekly blogging. Even if no one out there reads it, I will be enjoying it! It is cathartic to sit down and just write things out. Even things about a hobby, or just how the week is going.
The plan is two have two posts a week. I will be posting on Tuesdays and Fridays for right now. Friday's will be a digital scrapbooking post, and Tuesday's will be more about the everyday life. This week is a little different. I am getting back into the swing of things. So there will be a post today (Saturday) followed by a post tomorrow.
What a time to get started back in scrapping! Next weekend is Digital Scrapbooking Day! Well, it is really a week long celebration. The actual Digital Scrapbooking Day is the 1st Saturday in October. But get ready!! I will be back at the end of next week with new layouts, new digital scrapbooking items, and all my favorite sales!
In the mean time, here is a look back at my 2019!
